Where do Morels grow?

Morchella is suitable for growing under the woods at an altitude of 2000-3000m or in the coniferous forests of spruce and fir. It mostly grows on the ground and roadsides of broad-leaved forests. Some morels also grow by the river in poplar forests, orchards, grasslands, river beaches, elm forests, locust forests, etc. Morchella is suitable for growing in an environment with weak light, soil pH of about 6.5-7.5, and sufficient oxygen.

The origin of morels is in my country. Currently, the areas where they are grown in my country include Jilin, Hebei, Shanxi, Shaanxi, Gansu, Qinghai, Xinjiang, Jiangsu, Sichuan, Yunnan and other places. In addition, they are also grown in France, Germany, India, the United States and other regions.

1. Growth environment: Morel is a fungus that grows in moist soil and is suitable for low temperature conditions. It is a wild fungus that grows at an altitude of about 2000-3000m.

2. Growth temperature: The growth temperature of morels is 8-22 degrees, among which the most suitable temperature for its growth is 12-18 degrees, the temperature for mycelium growth is 15-21 degrees, and the most suitable temperature for its growth is 14-17 degrees.

3. Growth light: Morels are suitable for growing in weak light conditions, not too strong light.

4. Soil pH value: The soil pH value is approximately between 7-8. Neutral or slightly alkaline soil is conducive to the growth of morels.
