Ventilation and temperature

Everyone must remember to place the potted plants in front of a south-facing window in a growing environment with sufficient light and good ventilation. The most suitable growth environment temperature for it is 20-30℃, which is different from other plants because the temperature in summer makes the environment very hot and stuffy, which is not conducive to its rapid growth; and its requirements in winter are also different from other plants. Its temperature requirements are particularly strict. When the growth environment temperature drops below 10℃, the plant will immediately stop its growth. What's more serious is that if its environment is at a temperature below 4℃, it cannot safely survive the winter.

Sunlight and humidity

Like other plants, it is a sun-loving plant. If it is placed in a humid, lightless environment for a long time, it will grow poorly, causing its leaves to turn yellow and fall off.

Fertilization

During the growing season of the plants, you can apply thin liquid fertilizer to the plants once every half a month. At the same time, use some slow-release fertilizers and bury them in the soil regularly. Like other plants, the editor here recommends that you apply additional fertilizer to the plant regularly after the Mid-Autumn Festival, in order to increase its winter resistance.

prune

During its growing season, I recommend that you prune it once a month. The purpose is not only to promote the sprouting of many bright green leaves, but also to form a very plump plant shape.

In summer, we should pay attention to check the tender shoots and leaves of the plants regularly. If we find larvae of butterflies like swallowtail butterflies feeding on the tender branches and leaves of the plants, we should kill them in time.
