1. When planting ornamental gourds, you should choose flat terrain, fertile soil, and good drainage. 2. Soak the plump seeds of the ornamental gourd in warm water for half a day to a day. Take them out and wrap them with gauze. Then cut a small hole at the tip of the seed and place them in an environment of about 25 degrees to 28 degrees for germination.

3. Ornamental gourds need proper watering before planting to keep the soil moist. Then spread the processed seeds evenly in the soil with the sprouting end facing upwards. Cover it with a thin layer of soil and place it in a place with scattered light. It will germinate in about a week.

It takes about 3-4 days for ornamental gourds to be watered after planting. Fertilization can be suspended during the germination period, and nitrogen and phosphorus fertilizers can be applied again after a month. It cannot accept direct sunlight during the growth period, so pay attention to shading in the summer.
