Lychee trees grow slowly and bear fruit relatively late. Generally, they will bear fruit 7-10 days after the lychee seeds are planted. If they are not well cared for, it may even take 15 years for the first fruit to appear. However, lychee trees have a long lifespan, and a century-old tree can still bear abundant fruit.
