There has been plenty of rain this year, and many kinds of mushrooms are growing in the wild, including a variety of edible mushrooms. However, many people are not aware of these delicacies given by nature. Autumn is the season for picking mushrooms.

Pine mushroom

Pine mushrooms are most widely distributed within the Great Wall in the north, have the largest yield , are cheap and delicious. Once autumn arrives and there is plenty of rain, this kind of mushroom will grow as long as there are pine forests on the mountains .

The cap of this mushroom is generally yellow or yellow-white with a layer of sticky mucus on it. The underside of the cap is yellow and has many tiny pores like a sponge.

Matsutake mushrooms have a tender texture and delicious flavor , but have not yet been domesticated and cultivated artificially because they must grow on the roots of pine trees.

Pine mushrooms are particularly easy to rot after being picked, so they must be dried in time. If the weather is bad and there is no drying equipment, you can wash them and steam them for 10 minutes. After cooling, store them in the refrigerator and eat them fresh or dry them when the weather is fine.

Celosia

Cockscomb mushroom is the most common grass mushroom . Many people start by picking this mushroom. You need to prepare scissors to pick cockscomb mushrooms. The only drawback is that it tastes bad.

Oil mushroom

Oil mushrooms are also the most common type of mushrooms, growing in poplar forests . Once, I saw a truck full of oil mushrooms.

When the oil mushroom is alive, it is a yellowish earth color, similar to the color of dry poplar leaves. After being picked, the color gradually darkens and finally approaches dark brown. Fresh oil mushrooms have a slightly sour taste when cooked, and have a fresh fragrance when directly dried .
