In addition, the pomegranate trees should be properly pruned after planting. You can refer to the pruning methods of fruit trees and perform winter pruning in winter every year. Prune or shorten the dense branches, remove or pinch the annual upright branches, thin out diseased and insect-infested branches, and weak branches to enhance the ventilation and light transmission of the pomegranate tree and reduce the occurrence of diseases and pests.
