How to grow Clivia leaves so that they are shiny

1. Proper lighting

During the cultivation period, it is beneficial for the plant to receive appropriate scattered light. Only when the light is suitable can the leaves grow greener and more shiny. If you are not careful, the leaves will be sunburned if exposed to too strong direct sunlight.

2. Ensure the temperature

The breeding temperature is also very important and should be maintained at around 20℃ so that it can grow better. Especially in summer and winter, the temperature needs to be properly adjusted. When the temperature is high or low, it will harm the growth of the plants. Appropriate warming or cooling measures should be taken.

3. Clean the blades

During maintenance, the cleanliness of the leaves must be ensured. The leaves should be wiped frequently, which will not only ensure that the leaves are cleaner but also more shiny. However, be careful not to damage the leaves when wiping them clean.

4. Prevention and control of diseases and pests

When the plant is attacked by pests and diseases, spots are likely to appear on the leaves, which will affect the appearance. Once pests and diseases are discovered, they must be dealt with immediately, otherwise the disease will gradually worsen and the leaves will suffer greater damage.
