How to deal with yellow leaves of rice bamboo

How to deal with yellow leaves of rice bamboo

1. Control the amount of water

Reason: Although bamboo likes to grow in a humid environment, do not water it too much. If there is too much water in the soil, the roots will easily rot, and when the roots of the plant rot, the leaves will turn yellow.

Solution: The best way to deal with it is to remove the plant from the pot, trim the roots, let the soil dry slightly, and replant it.

2. Replenish water:

Reason: We mentioned above that you cannot water too much. In fact, watering too little is also not allowed. If the plant is in a state of water shortage, the leaves will turn yellow.

Solution: You should increase the amount of watering appropriately to keep the cultivating soil at a certain humidity. It is best to water it thoroughly to ensure that there is sufficient water to maintain its growth.

3. Lack of light

Reason: The maintenance environment is too dark and there is no light. The leaves of the rice bamboo cannot see the sunlight, so chlorophyll cannot be formed and the leaves will turn yellow.

Solution: You should supplement it with light in time, or place it directly in a place with good light, let it see the sun as much as possible, so that the leaves can get sufficient light.
