1. Time to change pots

The requirements for repotting Mo Lan are not high. In fact, it can be done in any season of the year. It is better to choose the cool autumn from September to October to allow it to resume growth faster. Spring is its flowering season, and repotting may affect the ornamental flowers; the weather in summer is too hot, and in winter it is too cold, both of which will have an impact on the plants.

2. Repotting Method

1. Remove from the pot: When repotting, carefully pour the plant out and shake off the soil stuck to the roots without damaging its root system. The old soil in the flowerpot should also be cleaned up. It is best to change the soil when changing the pot, and add some soil to the new pot for later use.

2. Root pruning: It is inevitable that some plants will have dead roots during the growth period. Such roots must be cut off. Some aging, rotten or long roots should also be cut off, while strong roots should be retained.
