How to quickly grow lilies

How to quickly grow lilies

1. Soil selection

In order to make succulent plants such as lily adapt to the pot quickly, the choice of soil is very important, which is the basis of growth. You need to choose soil suitable for its growth. It must be loose, fertile and soft. Do not use severely compacted and airtight soil. You can use garden soil, sand, perlite, etc. to mix it to maintain air permeability.

2. Pruning and disinfection

Lilies need to be pruned before being potted. Carefully observe the roots underneath and cut off the dead roots and yellow leaves on top. This will reduce nutrient consumption and maintain a good growth state. The trimmed succulents need to be disinfected. Mix a lot of fungicide solution and soak it in it for a few minutes to disinfect it. Then place it in a ventilated place to dry the wound.

3. Be careful when putting it in the basin

After its wound heals, it can be planted in a pot. Water the planting soil appropriately to maintain a certain moisture content, and then plant the lilies in it. Don't rush to maintain them after planting. Place them in a well-ventilated place to allow the seedlings to grow slowly, so that the plants can adapt and quickly take to the pot.

IV. Precautions

After potting, you must not water too much. You need to provide water reasonably and appropriately to ensure that the water is supplied. Also be careful not to expose the plant to direct sunlight.
