The correct way to water crabapples and the signs of underwatering

1. Watering method

Begonia likes relatively moist soil, so it is necessary to replenish water in time during its growth period, but do not water it too frequently. Watering should be based on different climates. When growing in spring and autumn, it is usually watered once every 2-3 days. The temperature is higher in summer, its growth rate will slow down, and the frequency of watering can be extended to once every 3-5 days. In winter, when the temperature is lower, watering can be done once a month. Be careful when watering in winter and do not water when the temperature is too low.

2. Precautions

When watering it, generally don't water it unless the soil is dry, that is, you can water it after the cultivation soil is dry. In addition to watering it normally, you should also spray water when the air humidity is low, but do not splash water on the flowers that have already opened. In addition, when encountering rainy weather, you should temporarily stop watering. There is no need to water during the rainy season.

3. The performance of insufficient watering

If you don't water the crabapple enough on a regular basis, the soil in the pot will become dry and the plant will not be able to absorb enough water, causing the leaves to turn yellow and dry. After lack of water, the most direct manifestation is the leaves of the plant. If the lack of water is severe, the entire plant will dry up and die. Therefore, when you find that its leaves are growing poorly, you should consider whether it is caused by lack of water.
