What to do if the leaves of the peace lily turn yellow from the bottom

1. Treatment methods

Once you find that the leaves of the peace lily are turning yellow, you should cut off the yellow leaves immediately. Even if you don't cut them off, they will consume nutrients and affect its ornamental value. If the situation is more serious, you need to remove the plant from the pot and check the condition of its roots to see if there are any rotten roots. If so, clean them up immediately and replant them.

Note that it is best to replace the previous soil, because there will be some pathogens remaining in the soil. If you plant it directly, the plants are likely to suffer from root rot again.
