How to remedy cyclamen root rot

1. Remove the pot and prune

If cyclamen has root rot, the first thing to do is to take it out of the original planting medium and cut off the rotten roots with scissors. If the bulb of the plant has also rotted, you will need to use a knife to cut off the rotten part. Afterwards, you should also cut off the yellow and dry leaves.

2. Sterilization

Prepare some sterilization liquid, put them in a basin, and then pour some water into the basin to dilute them. Then place the pruned plants in the sterilization solution and soak them for about 30 minutes. After that, take it out and put it in a semi-shaded and ventilated place to wait for it to dry.

3. Heavy planting and cultivation

Prepare some loose flower soil and replace the old soil in the flowerpot. Then plant the plant in new soil and place it in a place with about 20℃ and soft sunlight. After that, control the watering slightly and only water it lightly when the soil is about to become dry. In about 10-15 days, it will be able to start growing again.
