Flowers Notes

① Never put the newly bought roses directly into the container. Instead, cut the base of the flower branches obliquely in water to expand the water absorption surface.

② Be sure to choose clean containers to place roses, and avoid greasy utensils.

③It is best to use cold boiled water or tap water that has been left overnight when arranging flowers.

④ Change the water at least once every 1-2 days, and be sure to remove dead flowers and leaves.

⑤ Do not place roses too close to heaters or stoves, otherwise it will cause excessive evaporation of moisture and cause the flowers to wither prematurely.

⑥Avoid placing flowers near ripe fruits, because the gases emitted by fruits contain ripening components and will accelerate the shedding of petals.

⑦ When the rose begins to wilt, you should promptly cut off the last 3-6 cm of the branch, and then place the flower in a container of water, leaving only the flower head exposed above the water. After about 1-2 hours, the rose will regain life and bloom for you again.
