Green olives are a common Chinese medicinal herb. Green olives are mild in nature, sweet, astringent and sour in taste, and enter the stomach meridian and lungs. They have the effects of detoxification, promoting salivation and clearing the lungs.

Diet therapy

Take 100 grams of green olives, blend them, put them into a pot of water and boil them until the water turns green. Apply it to the skin to treat eczema.
