Why can't Jasmine be placed in the bedroom?

Why can't Jasmine be placed in the bedroom?

1. Reasons why it cannot be released

(1) Aroma: Jasmine emits a fragrance. Although the scent is not toxic, if there are too many plants, the aroma will be very strong. If you are in a very large space with good ventilation, there will be no problem. However, a small bedroom space will have an impact on people. In mild cases, it will affect the quality of sleep, and in severe cases, it will lead to a decrease in the oxygen content in the blood, which in turn leads to symptoms such as dizziness, headache, and nausea.

(2) Pollen: The plant will produce pollen when it is in bloom. Many people are allergic to jasmine pollen. Some people have very severe reactions that can cause allergic asthma, etc. Even if you are not allergic, pollen is bad for your respiratory tract, especially when there are many plants.

(3) In addition, the soil around the plants will produce bacteria, which in turn attract some small insects. Some small insects are poisonous and are not suitable to be kept in the bedroom.

(4) Plants will compete with humans for some oxygen at night, which may affect people’s normal maintenance.

2. Notes

Although jasmine is not suitable for the bedroom, if you want to put it there, you can put a pot of it, but it is best not to have too many. In addition, you need to make sure you are not allergic to its pollen before releasing it. Then there is the issue of ventilation. Ventilation must be good when it is blooming.
