They have the effects of resisting cold, killing bacteria, preventing colds, lowering blood pressure, increasing bone density and anti-aging. Therefore, pregnant women can eat it, but they should eat it in moderation and not eat too much at one time, otherwise it will easily cause fever.

People with poor eyesight: Because when you cut onions, they release a lot of irritating liquids. If these liquids accidentally splash into the eyes, it will cause more irritation and damage to the already fragile eyes. People with kidney disease: Onions are rich in phosphorus. Excessive absorption of this element can easily increase the burden on the kidneys and is not conducive to the recovery of related diseases. Therefore, people with kidney disease should not eat onions. Even if you want to eat it, you need to soak the onions for a while in advance to try to wash away the phosphorus it contains.

People who are allergic to onions: Onion juice is very irritating. People who are allergic to onions should not eat it to avoid other adverse reactions.
