1. Stem and branches: As a tree, peach blossom can grow to 3-8 meters in height, with a relatively broad crown and dark reddish brown bark, which is generally rough. The twigs are very long, hairless and shiny, mostly green in color, but red in sunny places, and have many small lenticels on them. Its winter buds are conical, with a blunt tip and short soft hairs on the outside.

2. Leaves: The leaves of peach blossoms are lanceolate, 7-15 cm long, 2-3.5 cm wide, with a sharp tip and a wide wedge-shaped base. The leaves have no hair on the surface, a small amount of hair on the back, and serrated edges. The petiole is relatively stout, 1-2 cm long, and usually has glands on it.

The sepals are ovate and the petals are elliptical, mostly pink, and white is very rare. Each flower has 20-30 stamens, the anthers are crimson, and the style and stamens are of similar length.

There are usually fine soft hairs on the surface, and only nectarines are hairless. Its flesh is white or yellow, sweet and juicy. The core is relatively large and contains seeds.
