3. Field management

(1) Temperature management: Ginseng fruit prefers a warm environment, and the suitable growth temperature is 20-30℃. During the high temperatures in summer, timely measures such as shading and watering should be taken to prevent exposure to the sun and drought. Pay attention to keeping warm in winter to prevent frost damage.

(2) Water management: Ginseng fruit has high requirements for water. It is necessary to keep the soil moist while avoiding waterlogging. During the growing period, the frequency and amount of watering should be reasonably arranged according to weather and soil conditions.

(3) Fertilization management: During the growth period of ginseng fruit, top dressing should be carried out regularly. Generally, compound fertilizer or organic fertilizer is applied every 10-15 days to meet its growth needs. At the same time, pay attention to spraying foliar fertilizer to promote fruit development and coloring.

(4) Pest and disease control : Ginseng fruit is susceptible to pests and diseases, such as leaf mold, black spot, and cotton blight.
