The ornamental value of water lilies

Water lily is an ornamental plant with beautiful flowers and leaves. In ancient Greece and Rome, it was originally worshipped as a goddess. In the 16th century, it was mostly used to decorate fountains or embellish the exteriors of halls in Italian parks.
