There are two main types of Anemone: open-field Anemone and greenhouse Anemone. Among them, the open-field anemones include crown anemones and Japanese anemones. There are two main types of greenhouse anemones: Mona and Deka.

Crown anemones mainly include the Santa Belida hybrid series and the Berlin series. The petals of the Santa Belida hybrid anemone series are double, and the flower colors are mainly pink, blue and white. The Berlin series anemone has semi-double petals and the flowers come in pink, red, and white.

Japanese Anemone

There are many varieties of Japanese anemones. The main variety is Yamba, which has white single-petal flowers with a diameter of 5 to 7.5 cm and a plant height of 90 cm. There is also the Alis variety, which has semi-double light pink flowers and a plant height of 60 to 90 cm. There is also the beautiful estuary flower, which has double flowers, grows vigorously, and is 120 cm tall. And whirlwind, semi-double pure white flowers, flower diameter 7.5 to 10 cm, plant height about 120 cm. Little Princess is a dwarf flower bred from wild anemones in Japan. The flowers are soft and old, the leaves are dark green and lobed, and the flowering period is from September to October.

Greenhouse Anemone

The greenhouse anemones include Mona, Crape and Dika series. The Mona and Crape Anemones are characterized by large, white flowers, with pink and red flowers, and pedicels ranging from 25.4 cm to 45.7 cm in length. The Deka series anemones have single petals and shallow saucer-shaped flowers, and come in a variety of colors including pink, red, purple, white, and other colors.
