1. Difference of blades

The leaflets of the Schefflera are leathery, obovate-oblong or oblong, about 6-10 cm long, 1.5-3.5 cm wide, with acute or obtuse apex, dark green and shiny above, gray-green below, and petiole 1.5-3 cm, glabrous, and entire.

The leaflets of Schefflera are papery to leathery, elliptical, oblong-elliptical or obovate-elliptical, about 9-17 cm long and 3-5 cm wide. The petioles are relatively longer than the former, about 1.5-5 cm, longer in the middle and shorter on both sides.

2. Differences in distribution range

Schefflera chinensis is mainly distributed in Taiwan, Guangdong and Guangxi, China.

Schefflera is a common evergreen plant in tropical and subtropical regions. It is distributed in tropical rain forests in Guangdong, Fujian and South America, and is now also distributed in Japan and India.
