1. Cabbage

Therefore, cabbage is one of the common vegetables on the northern dinner table. Cabbage is relatively resistant to low temperatures and can grow in an environment of 0~2℃. The suitable temperature for cabbage seeds to germinate is 20~25℃. It is suitable for growing in an environment with sufficient sunlight and a large temperature difference between day and night.

2. Lettuce

The best time to plant lettuce is March to April every spring, because the temperature conditions at this time can meet its growth requirements. Lettuce can generally grow when the temperature reaches about 5°C. It needs sufficient light. Lettuce likes humid environmental conditions. During the maintenance period, the soil should be kept moist at a certain level and given enough water so that the lettuce can grow better.

3. Leek

Chives are perennial herbaceous plants of the Liliaceae family. They have strong resistance to cold and heat and are cultivated in various parts of my country. It likes a cool environment. The suitable temperature for seed germination is above 12°C. The suitable temperature for leek growth is generally between 15 and 25°C. It likes medium-intensity light, but also has strong shade tolerance. However, if the light is too weak, it will affect the photosynthesis, resulting in poor quality and even affecting yield.
