If you want to grow flowers at home, choose these "3 types" and they will bloom for up to 100 days!

1. Kalanchoe

Speaking of flowers that can stay in bloom in winter, Kalanchoe is one of them. The flowering time of Kalanchoe is just as its name suggests, and the number of flowers is large and the colors are various, which can meet the needs of different people for home decoration effects.

Maintenance method:

Light: If you want the Kalanchoe to bloom luxuriantly, it is essential to maintain sufficient light. When we grow Kalanchoe at home, we need to give it at least 4 hours of light every day. Otherwise, if the growing environment is too shady, it will lose leaves and not bloom.

Watering: Since Kalanchoe is a succulent plant, it has a certain water storage capacity and does not require much water. In normal times, water the plants once every 4 days. In winter, when evaporation is less and the temperature is lower, you can water them once a week. All in all, less watering is better than more watering.

2. Christmas cactus

Christmas cactus is a very common household flower. Its leaves are very distinctive and serrated, like small crab claws. When the flower buds bloom, they cover the entire branch. The scene is really pleasing to the eye. Moreover, Christmas cactus is also easy to grow in winter and can easily survive the cold winter!

Maintenance method:

Light: Christmas cactus likes light. If the light is not good or the temperature is low, we need to move it to a place with sufficient light for maintenance, otherwise the leaves will turn yellow and the flower buds will not be too full.

Watering: The principle of watering Christmas cactus is, don’t water unless the soil is dry, and water thoroughly when you do. Christmas cactus itself is not a moisture-loving plant, so we can wait until the soil in the pot is dry before watering it. In winter, watering it once every 7 days or so is enough.

3. Clivia

Clivia is a plant that people love and hate. People love its lush green leaves and bright flowers, but hate why it is so difficult to grow. The flowering period of Clivia is also concentrated in winter. Many flower lovers are taking good care of it from now on, just to see the Clivia blooming by the end of this year.

Maintenance method:

Light: Clivia cannot accept a large amount of light during its growth period. It can generally be placed under a scattered light source for maintenance so that it can absorb nutrients to ensure growth.

Watering: Clivia is a plant that does not like moisture, so water it thoroughly. If you cannot control the degree, you can use spraying to increase the humidity of the surrounding environment.
