How to revive a dying green radish

How to revive a dying green radish

1. Root rot

If you find that the roots of the plant are rotten, but the branches and leaves are still lush, you can use cuttings to revive it.

1. Cut strong branches from the plant to ensure good growth and increase the possibility of survival. Give priority to those with aerial roots and leaves on the top.

2. Soak the branches in water for a while to allow them to fully absorb water.

3. Prepare clean plain sand or perlite and mix it with peat soil as the cutting medium. Insert the branches into it, remove the leaves at the lower end, and do not bury them in the soil. After the cuttings are completed, spray water on the branches to keep them moist and place them in a diffuse light environment to promote rooting. During subsequent maintenance, be sure to pay attention to applying water, and never too much.

4. You can also use the water insertion method, insert the branches into the water and wait for them to take root. This method is more convenient for branches with aerial roots.

2. Withering of branches and leaves

If only the branches and leaves are withered and the root system is still healthy, you can cut them off and replant them.

1. Observe the condition of the roots, leave a few buds from the roots upwards, and then remove and cut off all the parts above.

2. After cutting, place it in a ventilated environment with diffused light. Wait until the soil in the pot is dry and white, then water it thoroughly.

3. After new shoots grow, slowly expose the plants to sunlight and remember to spray water on them to promote growth.
