1. Origin Introduction

Mulberries are widely distributed in my country, among which the old Yellow River course and southern Xinjiang are more famous. The variety from the Yellow River Ancient Channel is milky white, larger in size and tastes very sweet. The ones in southern Xinjiang come in two types: white and purple-red, the purple-red having a sour taste. In addition, my country is also the country with the most mulberry varieties, including 4 cultivated varieties, 11 wild varieties, and 3 variants.

2. Main Value

1. Nutritional value: Mulberries were a royal tonic in ancient my country. It contains a large amount of active protein and multiple vitamins, as well as other nutrients. It can improve the body's immunity, delay aging and so on.

2. Edible value: Mulberries can be used to make many foods. For example, mulberry juice, mulberry wine, mulberry paste and mulberry vinegar, etc., they not only taste good, but also can promote the growth of black hair.

3. Medicinal value: Mulberries have the effect of nourishing the liver and kidneys. It can improve reproductive sub-health and is very beneficial for men. However, for some people, its kidney-tonifying function may cause side effects.

4. Medical value: Mulberries can effectively relieve fatigue. It has therapeutic effects on dizziness, back pain and tinnitus, and can also improve symptoms such as insomnia and dreaminess.
