How to grow bean sprouts

How to grow bean sprouts

1. Maintenance methods

1. Temperature: Bean sprouts prefer relatively high temperatures. The higher the temperature, the stronger their growth ability will be. However, the temperature cannot be too high. The maximum temperature is limited to about 32 degrees. At 30 degrees, the growth ability of bean sprouts is the strongest. However, the temperature range suitable for its growth is between 15 degrees and 32 degrees.

2. Watering: Generally, the main way for bean sprouts to absorb water is to water them. This method can ensure their normal growth. Each time you water them, you need to water them all from beginning to end. At the same time, the number of times should be determined according to the ambient temperature. If the temperature is around 30 degrees, you need to water them once in the morning and evening.

3. Light: It does not need light. If it is exposed to light during the breeding period, it will not grow well and cannot achieve the ultimate purpose of being eaten. After being exposed to light, the whole plant will turn green and even grow green leaves, so it cannot be eaten normally.

4. Fertilization: No fertilizer is needed, because the growth of bean sprouts depends on its own nutrition. If fertilizer is applied, poisoning or some unnecessary things will occur during the consumption.

2. Breeding techniques

1. Reproduction: Seeds are the main way of reproduction. Bean sprouts are usually germinated from seeds. Before growing bean sprouts, you need to soak the seeds in warm water. After the seeds swell, you can place them in a container to grow.

2. Pruning: No pruning is needed, because it is ultimately used for food and pruning has nothing to do with its normal growth. If you prune it on a whim, it will eventually become inedible. You should focus on other aspects of breeding, which have nothing to do with its growth.

3. Problem diagnosis and treatment

1. Disease: Disease rarely occurs, but improper watering may cause bean sprouts to rot during the cultivation period. Just pay attention to watering.

2. Pests: Pests will not occur, so there is no need to worry about this issue.

IV. Other issues

1. Toxicity: Non-toxic, very suitable for breeding.

2. Can it be raised at home? Yes, it is more convenient to eat, and it is green and nutritious, without having to worry about any additives.
