There are several types of spider plants.

There are several types of spider plants.

1. Chlorophytum comosum

As its name suggests, the edges of its leaves are golden, and it is a highly ornamental foliage plant. It is also easy to cultivate and will grow well and vigorously in a bright and ventilated place.

2. Silver-edged Chlorophytum

It is similar to Chlorophytum comosum, but the edges of its leaves are white. When exposed to light, it looks like silver, hence the name. Its management is also very simple. As long as good ventilation is ensured and the soil in the pot is moist, it can grow vigorously. In addition, it has the ability to absorb pollutants and can purify the environment.

3. Golden Heart Chlorophytum

Its leaves are thin and long, with yellow and white longitudinal stripes in the middle. It is a common ornamental plant. You can put it at home or in the office. It not only serves as a decoration, but also can purify the environment.

4. Chlorophytum comosum

Its leaves are thick and green. Not only can they be used for viewing, but it also blooms red flowers, which are highly ornamental. Strictly speaking, it is not a spider plant, but it has always been treated as one.

5. Pearl Chlorophytum

It is the most distinctive of all varieties. Its leaves are composed of plump, round grains, like green pearls, hence the name. It likes sunlight and a warm environment. It does not need to be watered frequently during management. Just spray water more often and avoid water accumulation.
