2. When to plant bamboo seeds

Bamboo seeds are more suitable for planting in the rainy season. March to May in spring and September to November in autumn are more suitable for planting bamboo seeds. When planting bamboo, you should choose seeds that are grown in the current year and have full grains. Soak the seeds in warm water for 24 hours before planting to allow the sprouts to grow as quickly as possible. Then before sowing, the land should be deeply plowed and leveled, some stones and tree stumps should be dug out, and the soil should be loosened to allow the organic matter and minerals in the soil to decompose. After burying the seeds, cover them with a layer of soil and water and fertilize them immediately. By the end of autumn and the beginning of winter, it will grow into small bamboo clumps.

3. Nutritional value of bamboo

Nanzhu is rich in vitamins, proteins, carotene, amino acids, and mineral elements such as calcium, iron, and phosphorus. It can supplement the human body with multiple nutrients and has health functions such as weight loss and anti-aging. In addition, it is rich in fiber, which helps maintain intestinal health, reduces the body's absorption of fat, and can prevent high blood pressure, diabetes, and obesity.
