Cultivation methods and precautions of golden banyan

1. Soil

The golden banyan tree is not picky about soil. As long as the soil is thick, fertile and strong, the plant can grow and develop better. Generally, plants planted in sandy loam will grow more vigorously.

2. Water

It likes slightly moist soil and should be watered about three times a week. The amount of water does not need to be too much, as long as it is watered thoroughly without water accumulation. Too much water for watering will cause water accumulation in the pot. Long-term accumulation of water will cause root rot of the plant, affecting the normal growth of the plant.

3. Temperature

It has a certain degree of cold resistance and can grow normally for a short period of time at a temperature of 0℃. The normal temperature suitable for its normal growth is 25-30℃. If the temperature is well controlled during the growth period, the plant will grow faster.

4. Lighting

It likes to grow in a semi-shaded, mild environment, does not like strong direct sunlight, and is suitable for long-term diffuse light. Especially in the summer when the temperature is high and the light is strong, it should be given appropriate shade and light.
