How to propagate Ruogeshi by cuttings

How to propagate Ruogeshi by cuttings

Cut off the healthy head, and then place it in a ventilated and sun-proof place for about 4 days. After the wound is dry, it can be planted.

After planting, place it in a place with diffuse light for about a week. When the leaves swell up, you can expose it to the sun and receive light.

The original stems do not need to be pulled out and disposed of. Just continue watering and fertilizing them and they will sprout again.

If you want to get more Ruogeshi, you can cut them one by one, or select neater branches and leaves and insert them in a sand pot. They will take root about 20-25 days after insertion, and can be potted when the roots are 2-3 cm long.
