How to water the money tree so it grows well!

The living habits of money tree:

Money tree likes a slightly humid environment, and the air humidity should be above 50% for best results. The soil should be kept slightly moist.

Watering time and method of money tree:

The principle of watering money tree is to water it when it is dry;

Watering in spring and autumn can be done according to this principle;

In summer, the amount of watering should be reduced appropriately compared to that in spring and autumn. Although the temperature is high in summer, the humidity will be very high without good ventilation. Keeping the roots in overly moist soil is very bad for the health of the money tree. Try to water in summer when the temperature is lower, in the morning or evening, and the water temperature should be the same as the room temperature.

In winter, you should also reduce the amount of watering, keep the soil slightly moist or dry, and the water temperature should be the same as the room temperature. You can place it on the windowsill where the sun can shine in to dry it before watering.

Note:

Excessive watering can easily cause root rot of the money tree.

When the indoor temperature reaches above 33 degrees, you should spray water on the surface and surrounding areas of the money tree at least once a day. This can not only cool down the air, but also effectively humidify the air. In the winter in the north, you should spray water on the surface and surrounding areas of the money tree at least twice a day. The environment in the north is very dry in winter.
