How to grow Maru-Leaf Pine Green

How to grow Maru-Leaf Pine Green

1. Soil

It is best to use loose and breathable soil for growing Pinus massoniana. If heavy clay soil is used for cultivation, the roots will not be able to absorb nutrients normally, thus affecting its normal growth.

2. Lighting

It likes a sunny and ventilated growing environment and should be given sufficient light during its growth period. If there is insufficient light for a long time, it will cause excessive growth. However, in the summer, proper shade should be provided and the plant should not be exposed to strong sunlight for a long time. In winter, when the temperature is relatively low, it should be placed in a sunny place indoors for maintenance.

3. Watering

Maruleaf pine can tolerate drought, but it must be ensured to have sufficient water during its vigorous growth stage. During the rainy season, timely rain shelter measures should be taken and the amount of watering should be controlled. If the temperature is below 5℃ in winter, you should gradually reduce watering. In summer when the temperature is higher, you can spray water appropriately to increase the humidity of the air.
