Rubber trees like high temperature environments and have a certain degree of shade tolerance and cold resistance. They can generally withstand a low temperature environment of 5 degrees. The most suitable growth temperature for rubber trees is in the range of 18-25 degrees. When the temperature is in the range of 10-15 degrees, the plant will stop growing.

Rubber trees like a humid environment. During the growth period of the rubber tree, they need to be watered every 2 or 3 days. It is generally best to water the roots of the rubber tree. In addition, when the rubber tree is dormant, it only needs to be watered once every 15 days.

Rubber trees have certain requirements for soil. Generally, they cannot be planted in poor and dry soil. Usually, rubber trees are more suitable for planting in loose, breathable, fertile and well-drained slightly acidic soil. They can also be planted in neutral or slightly acidic soil.

The rubber tree is a large tree with a relatively long lifespan. It usually grows in spring and autumn, and will stop growing when the ambient temperature is too high. Generally, a newly planted rubber tree needs 3 or 4 years of care before it will bloom, and the flowering period is usually around May and June.
