Konjac planting steps and methods

1. Choose a planting site: Konjac is not very demanding on soil. Choose a deep, loose, fertile, organically rich soil. Slightly acidic soil is best.

2. Seed selection: Konjac seeds are divided into first-generation seeds and second-generation seeds. Choose disease-free konjac seeds according to the climate and terrain of the planting area;

3. Sowing: Before planting, ridges need to be created to increase the active soil layer, which is also convenient for management in the later stage of planting. Generally, the distance between each ridge is about 1.5 meters. The first-generation konjac seeds are planted 15 centimeters apart, with 5 seeds planted in a row. The second-generation konjac seeds are planted 30 centimeters apart, with 4 seeds planted in a row.
