How to cultivate honey to increase yield

1. Change the breeding model

There are two ways to raise bees: soil breeding and live frame breeding. Generally speaking, the yield of soil breeding is low, while live frame breeding can produce honey many times a year, so the breeding model needs to be changed.

2. Cultivate a good queen bee

First, distinguish the bee species, raise strong colonies of Chinese bees, and replace the queen bee before the flowering season. This way, swarming fever is not likely to occur. The minimum temperature during queen bee mating cannot be lower than 20℃, and the most suitable temperature is 30℃. The temperature requirements are relatively high.

3. Chinese bees make a small migration

There are many flowers in the orchard, such as lychee flowers and longan flowers. It is necessary to move the Chinese bees into the orchard so that they can collect honey in a centralized manner, which can increase the honey production. When moving, be sure to pack the beehives with layering strips in advance and discuss with the orchard owner in advance to avoid bee poisoning.
