How to grow creeper in potted plants

1. Soil

Ivy has a certain ability to tolerate barrenness, but fertile soil is more suitable for its growth. For daily maintenance, you can use leaf mold, garden soil, and river sand.

2. Pruning

When the growth of ivy is very messy, it needs to be pruned. There are no specific requirements for the pruning method, just cut off those branches that affect the appearance.

3. Fertilization

When planting creeper in pots, you need to add base fertilizer to the soil. Organic fertilizer is mostly used. During the peak growth period, you can apply top dressing according to the growth conditions of the plant.

4. Moisture

There should not be any accumulation of water in the soil of the ivy. It is generally best to keep the soil slightly dry. The amount and frequency of watering need to be controlled during maintenance.

5. Lighting

Ivy is not very demanding in terms of light and can grow healthily in the shade or in places with sufficient light. If it is cultivated indoors, the environment should not be too dark.
