Dandelion is an edible wild vegetable belonging to the genus Taraxacum of the Asteraceae family. In daily life, people often call dandelion yellow flower seedling, wood yam, and patch, etc. It is a spring vegetable that is generally available in March and April. What does dandelion look like?

How to make mother-in-law

1. Stir-fry

You can use green onions to pair stir-fried dandelions. Pour appropriate amount of peanut oil into the pan, add chopped green onions after the pan is hot, fry until golden brown, then add dandelions and stir-fry for a few times. Add salt to season and it's done.

2. Cold salad

The main ingredient for the cold-boiled motherwort is bean paste, which can be combined with other wild vegetables produced in spring. Then pour in the bean paste and stir together. It is done after the mixture is evenly mixed.

Dandelion is rich in vitamins, cool in nature and slightly sweet, and has the effect of clearing away heat and detoxifying. It can effectively treat summer heat in summer. If abscesses grow on the body, eating dandelion regularly will gradually reduce the abscesses.
