Cooked soybeans as fertilizer

Cooked soybeans can be used as fertilizer, but they cannot be used directly as it will burn the roots of the plant. They must be decomposed in advance and diluted with water before use. They can be used as flower fertilizer, mainly providing nitrogen fertilizer among the three core fertilizers of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium. When using, do not pour it directly on the roots, just apply it to the surrounding soil. The amount does not need to be too much, just fill the surrounding soil.

Cooked soybeans are rich in nutrients. Common flowers that are suitable for cultivation include Christmas cactus, gardenia, orchid, and Kalanchoe. When growing Christmas cactus, you can put the soybeans into the soil when the plant is potted, but do not let them come into contact with the roots. After watering, it can be used as a long-term base fertilizer.

How to make fertilizer from cooked soybeans

1. You can dig a few small holes in the soil where you need to plant potted flowers, but dig the holes a little far away from the flowers, otherwise it will burn the roots of the flowers. Then put the cooked soybeans in the dug holes, usually 2-3 soybeans in each hole. After putting the soybeans in place, fill the soil and let it ferment slowly.

2. Find a suitable container with good sealing properties that can hold soybeans, put the cooked soybeans in the container, then add water to the container and seal it well, but not too tightly to prevent the gas produced by the fermentation of soybeans from expanding and being unable to be discharged from the container, causing danger.

Then place the container in a sunny place and let it ferment. This method takes a long time, so you need to wait patiently. After the soybeans are fermented, add clean water to the fermented soybeans and use it to water the flowers. The effect is super good, much better than the fertilizers bought on the market.

Key points for using cooked soybean fertilizer

If cooked soybeans are placed directly in the soil for fermentation, the high temperature will burn the roots of the flowers. Therefore, it is best to fully ferment them in advance and reduce the concentration. Use it within the concentration range that flowers can accept, otherwise it will definitely be fertilizer damage.
