Pinus tabulaeformis, Pinus massoniana and Pinus yunnanensis grow very fast in the early stage, but reach the maturity stage later; the DBH of natural forest Pinus koreaensis grows slowly before 50 years old, and the DBH growth is vigorous between 50 and 100 years old, after which it can still maintain a high growth rate, and only decreases significantly after 200 years; the tree height growth is vigorous at about 100 years old; the maturity age of timber volume is about 300 years old.

Temperature management: Pine is suitable for growing in an environment with high moisture and suitable temperature (20-40 degrees).

Fertilization management: The commonly used pine fertilizers are various cake fertilizers, such as bean cake fertilizer, rapeseed cake fertilizer, sesame cake fertilizer, etc. Some other inorganic compound fertilizers and slow-release fertilizers can also be used. It is better to apply thin fertilizer for potted pine.
