Can thread iron be hydroponically cultivated?

The whorl iron is very easy to grow. It can be grown not only in soil, but also in hydroponics. The whorl iron grown in hydroponics has a balanced supply of nutrient solution and the fertilization effect is very stable, so the leaves are greener than those grown in soil.

Methods and key points of hydroponic cultivation of thread iron

1. Before hydroponics, select the lush spiral iron plants, clean the dust and withered leaves on their roots, disinfect them and dry them in the sun.

2. Because the plant of thread iron is relatively large, you need to prepare a large-mouthed glass hydroponic container and inject 1/3 of natural water into the container. At the same time, add a few drops of nutrient solution and soak the treated thread iron roots in the water about 1/3, but not completely.

Precautions for water-raised threaded iron

1. The thread iron plant likes high temperature and semi-shade environment to grow, and does not require much sunlight, so it is enough to put its room in the sun for a few hours occasionally. Only indirect light can its buds be kept tender and its leaves green.

2. When hydroponically cultivating threaded iron, it is best to prepare a glass bottle with a large mouth, and use rainwater or well water. It should be placed in a cool and ventilated place. At the beginning, it is enough to change the water every 5 days. In the later stage, the frequency of water change can be reduced, and the water can be changed once every 7 days.
