White lentils are widely planted in both the north and south of my country, but the time is different. In the Yangtze River Basin, they are generally planted from May to July, while in North China, they are planted in June. This plant prefers a warm growing environment, and the seeds will only germinate at a temperature of 20-25 degrees.

How to plant white beans

1. Select soil and apply fertilizer: When planting white lentils, it is best to do so in a place with deep soil and good drainage. If the soil fertility is insufficient, you can add some farmyard manure, and then deepen the soil and make it level.

2. Sowing: Before sowing, it is best to germinate the white lentil seeds to increase their germination rate. The seeds can be sown after they turn white. After sowing, they need to be covered with soil and a layer of ground film.

3. Seedling care: After the white lentils emerge, they need a suitable temperature environment. During the day, the temperature should be kept between 20-25 degrees, and at night it needs to be kept between 15-20 degrees.

White lentil planting precautions

1. White hyacinth bean has relatively high requirements for humidity, so during normal maintenance, there must be sufficient moisture environment, but water accumulation should not occur, otherwise it will affect growth and development.

2. White lentils need sufficient sunlight during their normal growth, which is more beneficial to the development of seedlings, so they need to receive more than 5 hours of sunlight per day during maintenance.
