How to plant loofah

1. Seed selection and germination: When planting loofah, you need to choose the variety according to the local climate environment, then soak the seeds, wash them after soaking, and then place them in a constant temperature environment of 25 degrees for germination.

2. Sowing: When sowing loofah, you need to keep 2 seeds in each pit. You can use the direct sowing method. After sowing, you need to cover it with a layer of soil and water it appropriately to keep it moist.

3. Post-sowing management: After sowing, the loofah will sprout in about a week. After growing for a month, the seedlings will grow 3 tender leaves, and thinning can be carried out at this time.

Things to note when planting loofah

When loofah is growing normally, it often suffers from diseases and pests, such as cutworms and gray mold, which are harmful to its growth, especially the quality of the fruit. It needs timely prevention, using harmless methods and avoiding the use of polluting drugs.
