How to plant bergamot seeds

1. Soil selection

Buddha's hand likes to grow in a warm environment, so the place you choose to plant Buddha's hand must have sunlight and the soil must have good air permeability. Before planting Buddha's hand, you also need to apply base fertilizer and then deep plow the land.

2. Seed treatment

Since Buddha's hand grows relatively slowly and the seedling period is relatively long, we need to soak the seeds in warm water for about a week before sowing, then take them out and put them in the medicine, stir them evenly, rinse them with clean water, drain the water and then start sowing.

3. Sowing method

Generally, when planting chayote, the hole sowing method is adopted. The soil can be moistened in advance, and the holes are sown in the field with a row spacing of 40-50 cm and a distance of 30-40 cm between each plant, and then covered with a layer of soil.

Precautions for daily management of Buddha's hand

After sowing chayote, ensure that the soil is moist and water it appropriately, especially during the growing period of chayote. Both water and fertilizer should be kept up, so that the yield of chayote will be higher. We should also pay attention to clearing weeds, otherwise the weeds will compete with chayote for nutrients.
