Yam Planting Conditions

The growth of yam has extremely high requirements for water and fertilizer management. After planting, it is necessary to water it regularly, and try to water it once every three days. It will take root and sprout in about a month. It is a climbing plant, so it is necessary to build a frame in time. Yams are usually harvested in October and November, or you can wait until the spring of the following year to harvest and dig out the tubers. Yams grown in greenhouses are usually harvested in June, and the yams we eat are generally harvested and put on the market in spring and summer.
