Mushroom growth conditions

Shiitake mushrooms do not require any sunlight during the growth stage of their mycelium and can grow in the dark or in very weak light. They can grow vigorously in well-ventilated places.

Shiitake mushrooms have a history of more than 800 years in China. Currently, shiitake mushrooms are grown in most parts of China, most of which are artificially cultivated. The main producing areas of shiitake mushrooms are Hebei, Shandong, Henan, Zhejiang, Fujian, Taiwan, Guangdong, Guangxi, Anhui, Hunan, Hubei, Jiangxi, Sichuan, Guizhou, Yunnan, Shaanxi, Gansu and other places .
