Day 1: Soaking mung beans

First of all, on the first day, we need to prepare 200 grams of mung beans, pour them into a large basin, and add a little more water to cover the mung beans, let it soak at room temperature overnight.

The next day, steamed green beans

The next day, the mung beans have been soaked and cracked, so you need to prepare a steaming rack with holes. Then put a soaked steamer cloth on it, sprinkle the mung beans on it, and spread it out with your hands.

On the third to fourth day, cover the cage with a cloth

Then cover the mung beans with a cage cloth. In the next four or five days, we need to water them once in the morning and evening. The amount of water each time is about 200 to 300 milliliters.

After watering, prepare a lid to cover the mung beans, and then cover it with a dark towel to completely protect it from light.

Day 5-7: Bean sprouts grow

During the operation, make sure that the bean sprouts do not come into contact with water, otherwise the beans will easily rot and fail to sprout.

From the fifth to the seventh day, we can lift the gauze. The bean sprouts have grown very lushly, with well-developed roots, and look very appetizing.
