How to grow loofah in a pot on the balcony

1. Basin

The loofah likes sufficient light, is resistant to high temperatures, and is not resistant to low temperatures. Generally, it grows best in an environment of 25 to 30 degrees. Watering should be maintained adequately, as the loofah requires a lot of water for growth .

5. Support, pinching and fertilization

When the loofah grows to a height of about 50 cm, it needs to be given a support to climb. Proper pinching will help grow more side buds.

It is best to apply fertilizer twice before the loofah bears fruit, with an interval of about 10 days between each time. When applying fertilizer, be sure to use well-rotted organic fertilizer, so that the loofah will bear more fruit.
