2. Water absorption and germination

First, you need to prepare some absorbent items, then wrap the sunflower seeds with the absorbent items, place them in a cool environment, spray them with water every day, and wait for 7 days, the sunflower seeds will germinate.

Sunflower seedling planting

The first step is to grow sunflower seedlings in nutrient pots. Choose a nutrient soil mixed with peat, vermiculite and sand, and apply organic fertilizer as base fertilizer.
