The cultivation methods and precautions of succulent chocolate

The succulent chocolate plant is very easy to grow. It grows relatively fast and is a very easy succulent plant to maintain. You only need to maintain sufficient light, water it appropriately, and choose loose, fertile, and breathable soil for maintenance.

How to grow chocolate succulents

1. Lighting

The succulent chocolate plant has a high demand for light and is suitable for growing in places with sufficient light. If it is grown indoors, it needs to be placed on a balcony or in a sunny place near a window, and shaded when the light is strong in summer.

2. Temperature

The succulent chocolate plant has poor cold resistance. When grown in a low temperature environment, it is easily frostbitten and may even wither and die. When the temperature drops in winter, it needs to be placed in a warm place for maintenance.

3. Watering

The succulent chocolate plant has a strong tolerance to drought. When the soil is completely dry, you can water it thoroughly once, but do not allow too much water to accumulate, otherwise the roots will rot and the succulent chocolate plant will wither and die.

Succulent chocolate maintenance precautions

When caring for the succulent chocolate plant, you need to pay attention that the succulent chocolate plant has a relatively low demand for fertilizer. During the growth period, you can apply more succulent-specific fertilizers. The fertilizer should be properly diluted with water, otherwise the high concentration of the fertilizer will cause the leaves of the succulent plant to be burned.
